LEGAL

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Dananeer helps businesses turn their brand into games, playable ads and videos, and shows them which ads bring customers through the door. This policy explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long we keep it and how you can use your rights.

  1. Who we are
  2. What this policy covers
  3. Your consent
  4. Businesses using Studio
  5. Players
  6. Connected social and ad accounts
  7. Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Snap
  8. Cookies and device storage
  9. Who receives information
  10. Transfers outside Jordan
  11. How long we keep information
  12. Security and breaches
  13. Your rights and complaints
  14. Age
  15. Changes and contact

1. Who we are

Dananeer is a service of Alab Dananeer, whose legal name is DANANEER FOR ELECTRONIC AND COMPUTER GAMES ("we", "us"), Amman, Jordan. We decide how and why the information described here is processed. For anything about your data, including your rights below, write to our data protection contact at [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

  • this website (dananeer.ai)
  • Dananeer Studio, where businesses build and share their games (dananeer.ai/studio)
  • the game pages players open from a link or an ad (play.dananeer.ai)
  • Dananeer player accounts and the player's list of vouchers (play.dananeer.ai/account and play.dananeer.ai/vouchers)
  • the social and ad accounts a business connects to Studio

Each business that publishes a game with us runs its own shop and decides its own prize. What happens when a player visits that shop is covered by the business's own privacy policy.

3. Your consent

We process personal data with your consent, given for the purposes described in this policy:

  • business users give it when they create a Studio account, and again when they connect a social or ad account
  • players are told about it on each game page, and give it when they claim a voucher
  • players who sign in give it when they create their Dananeer account: the sign-in page says "By continuing you accept the terms", and we record which version of the terms they accepted

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected], by disconnecting an account, or by deleting your Studio account or your player account. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before. We may still keep information where the law requires it.

We don't profile you and we don't make decisions about you by automated means, apart from anti-abuse limits such as one voucher per browser, one voucher per player account in each campaign, and limits on how many requests a device can send.

4. Businesses using Studio

  • Your account: your name and email address from your Google account, or your phone number if you sign in with a phone code; your time zone and notification settings.
  • Your business: business name, type, city, branches and the brand content you add (logos, photos, menus, products, prices, fonts, music). If you give us your Lezzoo store link, we read the store's public details (name, logo, menu and prices) from Lezzoo.
  • Your team: names, emails or phone numbers of the people you invite, and their roles.
  • What you make: games, prizes, voucher codes you upload, videos, share links and campaign bookings.
  • API keys: we keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of each key.
  • Security records: sign-in times, device, browser and IP address, and a record of every change made in your account.

We use this to run Studio, build your brand kit, games and videos, show your results, keep your account secure and contact you about your account. We send you marketing messages only if you agree to them, and you can stop them at any time.

To build brand kits, games and videos, we send your brand content (never your team's contact details) to the AI services that generate them.

Our staff may open your Studio to help you, at your request or to fix a problem. Everything they change is recorded.

5. Players

Anyone can play our games without an account. Some prizes can be claimed straight away, with no account (an open claim). Others ask the player to sign in to Dananeer first, so that each person gets one voucher. The prize's claim screen shows which kind it is. For an open claim we never ask for a name, phone number or email address.

Every visit. When someone opens a game page, we record:

  • a random ID for their browser, and a random ID for the visit (see Cookies and device storage)
  • the ad or link that brought them: campaign tags (UTM values) and the click IDs that ad platforms add to links (for example fbclid, ttclid, gclid, ScCid)
  • the referring page, the browser, operating system, language and screen size
  • the approximate country and city, worked out from the IP address when the visit arrives; we then shorten the IP address before storing it
  • what happens in the game: loaded, started, finished, score, and whether a voucher was offered, claimed or used
  • vouchers claimed, and when and where a voucher was redeemed (for example the branch and order amount the business reports)

If you sign in. The first time you sign in, we create your Dananeer player account. We keep:

  • with Google: your email address, your name and the link to your profile picture from Google, and the ID that Google Firebase (our sign-in service) gives your Google account
  • with WhatsApp (when we offer it): your phone number and your WhatsApp profile name. You send us a short message with a code to prove the number is yours. We never reply in WhatsApp
  • which version of the terms you accepted, and when
  • the vouchers you claimed while signed in
  • for each sign-in: when it happened, your browser and a shortened IP address, to keep your account safe

Your email address, name and phone number are kept only in your account records. Game events carry a random account ID instead, never your email, name or phone number. You can change your name, and add or remove a way to sign in, at play.dananeer.ai/account.

Your vouchers. Every voucher you claim while signed in is saved to your account. You can see them all at play.dananeer.ai/vouchers, with the code, a QR code of the code, the date it expires and where to use it. Used and expired vouchers are listed too.

Why we use this. We use this information to run the game and its voucher limits (one voucher per browser, and for prizes that ask you to sign in, one voucher per person in each campaign), to keep your vouchers in one place, to stop abuse, and to show each business which of its ads and links led to plays, claims and redemptions.

What businesses see. A business sees totals and the voucher codes used in its own shop. It never sees a player's email address, name or phone number, or other information that identifies a player.

Fiero. Fiero (playfiero.com) can show your Dananeer vouchers in the Fiero app. Fiero sends us the email address of one of its users over a private, signed connection. If that email is a verified email on a Dananeer account, we send back that account's vouchers: the brand, the prize, the code, the dates and where to use it. We don't send your name or phone number. Once you ask us to delete your account, we stop sharing your vouchers with Fiero straight away.

Deleting your account. Signed in, open play.dananeer.ai/account and choose Request deletion. You're signed out everywhere at once, and we delete your account 30 days later. Until then you can sign in again and cancel. Your vouchers stay with the business for its counts, without your name. See Data deletion.

Game records are pseudonymous: they carry random IDs and click IDs, not your name. A click ID can be linked to your account by the ad platform that created it.

Measuring ads. When a player claims or uses a voucher, we may send a record of it to the ad platform the business used (Meta, TikTok, Google or Snap), with the click ID from the ad and the time. The platform uses it under its own privacy policy to measure and deliver ads. We send it only to the business's own ad account on that platform, never your name or contact details. You can control how platforms use this in their ad settings: Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat.

Google Ads. If you arrived from a Google ad, the ad's click ID stays with your voucher. When you claim or use the voucher, we tell the business's Google Ads account that a conversion happened: the click ID, the time, a voucher reference and, for a purchase, the order value. Never your name, phone number or email. We send nothing for test plays, or more than 90 days after the ad click.

6. Connected social and ad accounts

A business can connect its Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat accounts to Studio, so we can publish its game videos for it, and its Google Ads account, so we can tell Google Ads which of its ads led to vouchers and create the Google Ads campaigns it asks for. The business signs in with that platform and chooses which Pages, profiles, channels or ad accounts to share. We then receive:

  • the account's ID, name, username and profile picture, and the Pages, profiles, channels or ad accounts the business chose to share
  • access tokens that let us act for the business within the permissions it granted
  • the IDs, links and status of the posts we publish for it, and how each post did (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach and watch time, as each platform reports them). We read these for every post we publish: 10 minutes after posting, then every hour on its first day, again after 7 days, daily until 30 days after posting, then about once a month while the account stays connected

We use these only to do what the business asks: publish or schedule its posts, show whether they were published, and show how they did. We never post without the business's instruction, never read private messages, never sell this data, and never use it to train AI models or send it to AI services. It's stored by the service providers named in section 9.

The permissions we request appear on each platform's consent screen. For example, on Meta (Facebook Login for Business) we ask to list your Pages, publish to them and read how they did (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights, pages_manage_engagement, business_management) and to use your linked Instagram professional account (instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights); when you connect Instagram directly with Instagram Login we ask for instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_content_publish and instagram_business_manage_insights; on TikTok we ask to read your profile name, username and picture, publish videos you choose, and read the view, like, comment and share counts of the videos we publish (user.info.basic, user.info.profile, video.publish, video.list); before each TikTok post we also read your account's posting settings (who can watch, and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed), so the post follows them; on Snapchat we ask to manage your public profile (snapchat-profile-api): publish the Stories and Spotlights you choose and read their views, viewers, shares and watch time; on Google we ask to upload videos to your YouTube channel, read your channel and its videos, and read your videos' results (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly) and, only if you allow Google Ads, to manage your Google Ads account and send it conversions (adwords, datamanager). We'll update this list before we ask for more.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok fetch the video themselves from a web address. For those, we put a copy of the video at a temporary link on our file host that can't be guessed, for as long as the post is being published, and delete it 24 hours after the post is published or stops. We use that copy only for this.

Google Ads conversions. If the business allows Google Ads access, we read the Google Ads accounts its Google sign-in can reach: each account's ID and name, its currency and time zone, and the name and ID of the manager account it's reached through, if any. The business picks one account for each brand. In that account we create two conversion actions, "Dananeer voucher claimed" and "Dananeer voucher redeemed", and send them the conversions described in section 5. For each conversion we sent we keep a record: which voucher it was for, the kind of click ID, when it was sent and whether Google accepted it. Stopping sending in Studio, or disconnecting Google in Studio, stops new conversions at once; if Dananeer is removed in the Google account instead, Google refuses them from then on.

Google Ads campaigns. If you create a Google Ads campaign in Studio, we create it in your Google Ads account with the budget, dates and texts you choose, and read back its daily impressions, clicks and cost. Google bills you directly. We store the campaign's settings as you chose them: its daily budget and currency, its start and end dates, the business name, headlines and descriptions, the YouTube video it shows, where and in which language it's shown, and its tracked link. We also send Google your brand kit's logo for the ad. We create the campaign paused and change it only when you start, pause or end it, or change its daily budget or end date. About every 6 hours we read back, for the campaigns we created and no others, their status, whether Google approved the ad, their daily budget and end date (so Studio shows a change made in Google Ads), and each day's impressions, clicks, cost, video views and conversions. We never read your other campaigns, your audiences or your billing details, and we never hold or move your ad money. If you disconnect Google, your campaigns stay in Google Ads as they are and may keep running until you pause or remove them there; we can no longer see or change them.

Promotions on Facebook and Instagram. If you promote a video on Facebook or Instagram, we create the ad in your Meta ad account, or in Dananeer's when Dananeer pays, with the budget, dates and texts you choose, and read back its daily impressions, clicks and spend. In more detail:

  • When you allow ads (Meta's ads_management and ads_read permissions), we read the Meta ad accounts your Facebook sign-in can reach: each account's ID, name, currency, time zone and status, and the business that owns it. We remember the one you choose to pay with.
  • To make the ad, we send Meta the video and its cover picture (Meta fetches them from a temporary link on our file host that can't be guessed, which we delete afterwards), the texts you wrote, the button and your game's tracked link, the daily budget and dates, and who should see it: people in your city and up to 25 km around it, aged 13 to 65 and over. When you promote a Reel you already posted, we send Meta the ID of that post or of its video instead. We send Meta nothing about players.
  • What we read back, about every 6 hours and only for the promotions we created: the promotion's status, Meta's review feedback, its budget and end date as Meta has them (so Studio shows a change made in Meta), and each day's impressions, link clicks, spend and 3-second video views. We never read your other ads, your audiences or your billing details, and we never hold or move your ad money: Meta bills your ad account directly.
  • When Dananeer pays, the ad runs in Dananeer's own Meta ad account. Dananeer's admins see your request (the video, texts, budget and dates) and approve it, lower it or turn it down; they can also pause or end any promotion. For the ad to run as your Page, Dananeer's business needs advertiser access to your Facebook Page: we ask Meta for it when you press the button in Studio, and you approve it in Meta. For your Instagram account you add Dananeer by hand in Meta. We keep a record of that access: the Meta IDs of your Page and Instagram account, and when access was asked for and given. The access itself lives in Meta. We remove Dananeer's access to your Page there when you disconnect Facebook (see below), and you can remove it yourself at any time in Meta Business Suite.
  • When you disconnect Facebook, we stop everything of ours: the promotions Dananeer pays for are ended in Meta, requests still waiting for Dananeer's approval are withdrawn, your chosen ad account is cleared, and Dananeer's ad access to your Page is removed in Meta, all within minutes. If Meta doesn't confirm that the access is gone, we keep trying for up to 7 days and then delete our record of it; in that case, check Partners in Meta Business Suite. If you added Dananeer as a partner on your Instagram account by hand, that one is yours to remove in Meta Business Suite. Before you confirm, Studio tells you which of these apply to you.
  • Promotions you pay for live in your own Meta ad account. Disconnecting Facebook doesn't stop them: we can no longer read or control them, and they may keep running, and be billed, until you pause or delete them in Meta Ads Manager.

Promotions on TikTok (Spark Ads). If you promote a TikTok you posted through Dananeer, we show that post as an ad with a Play game button, in your TikTok ad account or in Dananeer's when Dananeer pays, with the budget and dates you choose, and read back its daily impressions, clicks, spend and video views. In more detail:

  • When you connect TikTok ads (TikTok For Business's advertiser authorization, with its ad account, ads, creative and reporting permissions), we read the TikTok ad accounts your sign-in can reach: each account's ID, name, currency, time zone, status and country. We remember the one you choose to pay with. This is apart from your TikTok posting account: disconnecting one leaves the other.
  • The ad authorization code. TikTok shows a post as an ad only with a code its owner generates in the TikTok app. You paste it in Studio; we store it encrypted, never show it again, never put it in logs, and use it only to apply the post to the ad account that pays, through TikTok's API. We keep the code's start and end as TikTok reports them, and which ad accounts it was applied to, so Studio can tell you when to renew it.
  • To make the ad, we send TikTok the post's ID, the daily budget and dates, the button and your game's tracked link, and who should see it: people in your country (TikTok has no cities for Iraq), aged 13 and over, on TikTok only. We send TikTok nothing about players.
  • What we read back, about every 6 hours and only for the promotions we created: the ad's status and TikTok's review result, its budget and end date as TikTok has them (so Studio shows a change made in TikTok Ads Manager), and each day's impressions, clicks, spend and video views. We never read your other ads or your billing details, and we never hold or move your ad money: TikTok bills your ad account directly.
  • When Dananeer pays, the ad runs in Dananeer's own TikTok ad account on the code you generated. Dananeer's admins see your request (the post, budget and dates) and approve it, lower it or turn it down; they can also pause or end any promotion. Taking the code back in TikTok stops the ad.
  • When you disconnect TikTok ads, we delete our access to your ad accounts at once and forget the ad account you chose. Promotions Dananeer pays for, and requests still waiting for Dananeer, go on, because they run on the post's own code; withdraw a request or end a promotion in Studio if you want it stopped. Promotions you pay for live in your own TikTok ad account: we can no longer read or stop them, and they may keep running, and be billed, until you pause or delete them in TikTok Ads Manager.

Access tokens are encrypted when stored. You can disconnect an account in Studio, or remove Dananeer in the platform's own settings (see Data deletion). We also receive notices from Meta, Instagram and TikTok when you remove Dananeer there, and act on them at once. Snapchat doesn't send these notices: our daily check of each connection finds that access stopped working, and the 30-day rule below applies. After you disconnect in Studio, or the platform tells us access was removed, we delete that account's tokens and details within 7 days. If you remove access on the platform's side and it doesn't tell us, we delete them within 30 days of noticing that access stopped working. If a business deletes its account or a brand, we disconnect that brand's accounts the same way. Afterwards we keep the IDs and links of the posts we already published, and each post's results as the platform reported them (views, likes, comments, shares, saves, reach and watch time), while the business has its Dananeer account, so its post history and voucher results stay correct. YouTube results older than 30 days are deleted unless they are refreshed, and we refresh them while the channel stays connected. The posts themselves stay on the platform until you delete them there. The Google Ads account's ID, the conversion actions, the records of the conversions we sent, and the campaigns we created with their settings and daily results are also kept while the business has its Dananeer account, after Google is disconnected too, so its results stay correct. The same goes for promotions on Facebook and Instagram: each promotion's settings and daily results are kept while the business has its Dananeer account, after Facebook is disconnected too; and for promotions on TikTok, after TikTok ads is disconnected too. The TikTok ad account you chose goes when you disconnect TikTok ads. The ad account you chose and our record of Dananeer's ad access are not: they go when you disconnect Facebook, as described above. 30 days after the business deletes its Dananeer account we anonymise these records: we remove the posts' captions and titles, their links and platform IDs, the names, handles and IDs of the connected accounts, the Google Ads account and conversion action IDs, the campaigns' names, texts, business name, video and Google IDs, Google's messages, which voucher each conversion was for, and the promotions' texts, Meta and TikTok IDs, Meta's and TikTok's messages and the reasons given for pausing, changing or turning one down; the posts' ad authorization codes are deleted then. We keep the dates and numbers, such as views, likes, budgets and daily totals, so the business's past results still add up. Our internal records of our own actions, a log of the changes made in Studio and a record of each try to publish a post, are kept without personal data; they still hold the platforms' video and campaign IDs.

7. Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and Snap

YouTube. Dananeer uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove Dananeer's access at any time in your Google security settings. We refresh or delete the YouTube data we store at least every 30 days.

Google API data. Dananeer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Meta and TikTok. When you connect these accounts, their own policies also apply: the Meta Privacy Policy and the TikTok Privacy Policy.

Snap. If you connect Snapchat, the Snap Privacy Policy is incorporated into this policy by reference. We send Snap the videos and captions you choose to publish, and read back their status and view counts.

We don't let third parties serve ads in Dananeer.

8. Cookies and device storage

Game pages, Studio and the account pages use no advertising or analytics trackers. On this website's own pages (the home page, games, privacy, terms and data deletion) we use three tools, loaded after the page has loaded:

  • Snap Pixel and Meta Pixel, to measure our own Dananeer ads on Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram. They tell Snap and Meta that a page was viewed and, if you then go on to sign up for Studio, that you started signing up, with the cookies they set for this, and nothing else about you.
  • Google Analytics, to understand how this website is used: the pages viewed, scrolling, clicks on links that leave the site, video plays, searches, downloads, forms started, and sign-up starts, with your browser, device and approximate location as Google works them out. Our Google Analytics is linked to Dananeer's Google Ads account, so Google can also use these visits to measure our ads and to show our ads again to people who visited this website (remarketing). With Google signals, this includes visitors who are signed in to Google and allow ad personalisation in their Google account.

Snap, Meta and Google use this under their own policies (the Snap Privacy Policy, Meta Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services). You can control it in your Snapchat ad settings and Meta ad preferences, and turn Google Analytics off with Google's opt-out add-on. You can turn off personalised Google ads in My Ad Center. What we store on your device:

When a player signs in with Google, Google Firebase keeps nothing on the device: the sign-in is held in memory and cleared as soon as we have confirmed who you are. The Google sign-in window itself is run by Google, under Google's own policy.

Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the service from abuse. You can delete these items in your browser's settings. If you do, the game treats you as a new player, but the events already sent stay with us for the period in section 11.

9. Who receives information

We don't sell personal information. It is received by:

  • Service providers that run parts of Dananeer for us, under contract: Netcup (servers, Germany), Supabase (database, Frankfurt, Germany), Cloudflare (network and file storage, worldwide), Google Firebase (sign-in with Google for Studio and for player accounts, United States), Meta (WhatsApp, when a player verifies a phone number with WhatsApp), and the AI services that generate brand kits, games and videos. We'll give you the current list on request.
  • The business whose game a player played: totals and the voucher codes used for that business's own games, never a player's email address, name or phone number.
  • Fiero (playfiero.com), to show a signed-in player's vouchers in the Fiero app, when Fiero asks with an email address that matches a verified email on that player's account (section 5).
  • The platforms a business connects, when we publish for that business, send measurement records to its own ad accounts (section 5) or create the Google Ads campaigns and the promotions on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok it asks for (section 6). For a promotion Dananeer pays for, Meta or TikTok receives the ad in Dananeer's own ad account.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people or the service.

If our business is sold or merged, we'll tell you before your information moves to the new owner, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

10. Transfers outside Jordan

Your information is stored and processed outside Jordan: in Germany (European Union), in the United States (including Google Firebase for sign-in), and in the other countries where our service providers (including Meta, for WhatsApp), the connected platforms and Fiero operate. These countries may not offer the same protection as Jordanian law. By using Dananeer after reading this policy, and by giving the consents in section 3, you agree to these transfers. We use providers that are bound by contract to protect your information.

11. How long we keep information

  • Raw game events: 13 months, then only totals are kept.
  • Vouchers and redemptions: as long as the business's account exists, so its results stay correct.
  • Player accounts (name, email address, phone number, sign-in methods and accepted terms): until you delete the account. After you request deletion, we delete them 30 days later. Your vouchers stay, without your name.
  • Player sign-in sessions: deleted when they expire, or a day after you sign out.
  • WhatsApp verification records (the code, your phone number and WhatsApp profile name): deleted a day after the code expires. A code is valid for 10 minutes.
  • Links to claim a prize in your browser: valid for 30 minutes, deleted a day after they expire.
  • Connected-account tokens and details: until you disconnect, then deleted within the times in section 6. Post records and results: while the business has its Dananeer account, except YouTube results older than 30 days, which are deleted unless refreshed. They are kept for 30 days after the business deletes its account, then anonymised: captions, titles, links, platform IDs and account names are removed, and the dates and numbers stay.
  • Temporary video copies for platforms that fetch the video: deleted 24 hours after the post is published or stops.
  • Notices from Meta, Instagram and TikTok that someone removed Dananeer: the person's platform ID is removed within 7 days. The dates, and for a Meta or Instagram deletion request its confirmation code, stay as proof that we acted.
  • Records of the conversions we sent: as long as the business account exists, then for 30 days after it is deleted, and then anonymised: which voucher each was for, the Google Ads IDs and Google's messages are removed, and the counts stay.
  • Google Ads campaigns we created, with their settings and daily results: as long as the business account exists, also after Google is disconnected, then for 30 days after it is deleted, and then anonymised: names, texts, video and Google IDs are removed, and budgets, dates and daily numbers stay.
  • Promotions on Facebook and Instagram we created, with their settings and daily results: as long as the business account exists, also after Facebook is disconnected, then for 30 days after it is deleted, and then anonymised: texts, Meta IDs, Meta's messages and the reasons given for a decision are removed, and budgets, dates and daily numbers stay.
  • The Meta ad account you chose and our record of Dananeer's ad access to your Page: until you disconnect Facebook. The choice is cleared at once. The record is deleted once Meta confirms the access is removed, or after 7 days at the latest.
  • Promotions on TikTok we created, with their settings and daily results: as long as the business account exists, also after TikTok ads is disconnected, then for 30 days after it is deleted, and then anonymised: TikTok IDs, TikTok's messages and the reasons given for a decision are removed, and budgets, dates and daily numbers stay. The posts' ad authorization codes, stored encrypted, are deleted then.
  • The TikTok ad account you chose: until you disconnect TikTok ads, when the choice is cleared at once.
  • Business accounts: until the account is deleted.
  • Our internal records of our own actions (the log of changes made in Studio, and a record of each try to publish a post): kept without personal data. They still hold the platforms' video and campaign IDs.
  • Backups: overwritten on their normal cycle after deletion.

12. Security and breaches

Connections are encrypted, access tokens and secrets are encrypted when stored, API keys are kept only as hashes, and staff access is limited to people who need it. If a breach could seriously affect you, we'll tell you promptly and inform the authorities as the law requires. Please report anything suspicious to [email protected].

13. Your rights and complaints

You can ask us, free of charge, to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct it, or restrict how we use it
  • delete it (see Data deletion). If you have a player account, you can also request its deletion yourself at play.dananeer.ai/account
  • transfer it to you or to someone else in a common format
  • stop processing it, or withdraw your consent
  • tell you if a breach affects it

Write to [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires. We may need to confirm the request comes from you; a player can do this by giving us their voucher code.

14. Age

Studio is for adults acting for a business. Our game pages aren't aimed at children. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you claim a voucher. A business can also set a higher minimum age for its prizes. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

15. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell business owners in Studio or by email before a significant change applies. Questions: [email protected].

We're founders who grew our own apps with playable games and ads. Now we're handing the playbook to every brand.

Built by AI agents.
And a few very caffeinated humans.
