Deleting your data

Last updated: October 4, 2026

How to remove the information Dananeer holds about you, depending on how you use it. What we collect, and your other rights, are described in our privacy policy.

If you have a Studio account

  1. Sign in to Studio.
  2. Open Account and choose Delete account. Only the account owner can do this.
  3. Type your business name to confirm.

Your brand kit, games, videos, team and connected accounts are deleted. Ad files you already uploaded elsewhere keep working but stop being tracked. Vouchers players already won stay valid until they expire, and your business must still honour them.

If you can't sign in, email us from the address on the account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with.

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat or Google Ads account

Disconnect it in Studio, or remove Dananeer in the platform's own settings:

  • Facebook: in Settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove Dananeer.
  • Instagram: in Settings, open Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove Dananeer.
  • TikTok: in Settings and privacy, open Security, then the list of apps with access to your account, and remove Dananeer.
  • YouTube and Google Ads: open your Google account's third-party access and remove Dananeer.
  • Snapchat: open accounts.snapchat.com, then connected apps, and remove Dananeer.

Menu names change from time to time; look for the list of connected apps or website permissions.

When you remove Dananeer in Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a notice that access was removed, and we cut the connection at once. If you also ask Meta to delete your data (a separate step in Facebook's settings), Meta sends us a deletion request. You then get a confirmation code and a link where you can check its status.

When you remove Dananeer in TikTok, TikTok tells us too, and we cut the connection at once. Snapchat doesn't tell us: our daily check finds that access stopped working.

Google Ads campaigns we created for you stay in your Google Ads account after you disconnect, and may keep running until you pause or remove them there. Disconnecting Google in Studio stops the voucher results we send to Google Ads at once; if you remove Dananeer in your Google account instead, Google refuses them from then on.

When you disconnect in Studio, or the platform tells us you removed access, we delete that account's access tokens and details within 7 days. If the platform doesn't tell us, we delete them within 30 days of noticing that access stopped working. If a business deletes its account or a brand, we disconnect that brand's accounts the same way. We keep the IDs and links of posts we already published, and each post's results as the platform reported them, while the business has its Dananeer account, so its post history stays correct. YouTube results older than 30 days are deleted unless they are refreshed. The Google Ads account's ID, the records of the voucher results we sent to it and the campaigns we created there, with their daily results, are kept the same way. 30 days after a business deletes its Dananeer account, we anonymise these records: we remove the posts' captions and titles, their links and platform IDs, the names, handles and IDs of the connected accounts, the Google Ads account and conversion action IDs, the campaigns' names, texts, business name, video and Google IDs, Google's messages, and which voucher each conversion was for. We keep the dates and numbers, such as views, budgets and daily totals. Our internal records of our own actions, a log of the changes made in Studio and a record of each try to publish a post, are kept without personal data; they still hold the platforms' video and campaign IDs. The posts themselves stay on the platform until you delete them there.

If you played a game

If you signed in to Dananeer (some prizes ask you to sign in before you claim):

  1. Open play.dananeer.ai/account and sign in.
  2. Choose Request deletion, then Yes, request deletion.

You're signed out everywhere at once. 30 days later we delete your account: your name, email address, phone number, your ways to sign in and the terms you accepted. To change your mind, sign in again within those 30 days and choose Cancel deletion.

The vouchers you won stay with the business, without your name, so its results stay correct. Once your account is deleted they no longer show in your list of vouchers, so keep a copy of any code you still want to use. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you verified.

If you never signed in, we never asked you for a name, phone number or email address. Your plays are linked to a random ID kept in your browser storage and a cookie on play.dananeer.ai. Clearing them makes you a new player from then on. The events already sent stay with us for up to 13 months and are then kept only as totals.

To delete a voucher you claimed and its history, send us the voucher code.

Ask us directly

Email [email protected] with what you'd like deleted and how you use Dananeer. It costs nothing. We reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires, and confirm when the deletion is done.
